Kilnbridge Wins 2025 Enginuity Large Employer Skills Champion Award

Kilnbridge took home another trophy last night, winning the Large Employer Skills Champion category at the Enginuity Awards, which celebrates learning and career development paths in the Engineering industry.

The business’ submission featured its Apprenticeships and Graduate Engineering programme, and the investment Kilnbridge makes in recruiting and retaining new talent into its sectors. Learning and Development Managery Darryl Jones, trainer Serhiy Lugovyi and Recruitment Resourcer Sean Larkin represented Kilnbridge at the event and walked the stage to receive the trophy.
